Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at KCO Resource Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to our maintenance team.

• Lead the site maintenance team in providing a proactive and reactive maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
• Develop and oversee the adherence to planned scheduling and timely completion of work carried out.
• Improve maintenance operational effectiveness, reduce downtime, and enhance project delivery.
• Manage the team on technical best practices, establish standard policies and procedures, and mentor and lead the department.
• Propose and implement work processes, procedures, and technical resources to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain competencies, motivation, and performance to achieve site targets and objectives.
• Ensure a culture of safety and intolerance for unsafe situations within the maintenance team.
• Build successful interactions between production, quality, sanitation, and warehouse teams in equipment repairs and maintenance.

• Experience working with manufacturing and packaging machines.
• Prior mechanical experience with bakery machinery is a plus.
• Managerial and leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing a maintenance team, ideally within a food manufacturing plant.
• Excellent communication and team interaction skills.
• A self-starter who effectively manages multiple tasks under time and cost pressure.
