About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Machinist to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the production of complex components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, programming, and tooling, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operate CNC lathes and mills, including FANUC controls and MasterCam software.
  • Identify and execute improvement opportunities in manufacturing methods, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Read and understand machine code, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and schedules.
  • Assist with inspection and validation using basic inspection equipment, with a focus on quality and precision.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in turning and milling.
  • Extensive familiarity with FANUC controls and MasterCam software.
  • Strong knowledge of tooling selection and inspection, with a focus on high-value precision parts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to colleagues and management.
