We are a leading IT services company seeking an experienced IT Support Technician Lead to join our team. This role involves supporting the Windows Server 11 upgrade project and providing day-to-day technical assistance to end users.

Job Description:

This position requires strong technical expertise in Windows environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of technical support specialists.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical support specialists in providing day-to-day technical assistance to end users.
  • Assist in the planning, testing, and execution of the Windows Server 11 upgrade.
  • Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure the smooth transition of systems and applications to Windows Server 11.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or leadership role, with specific experience in Windows Server environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows Server 11 and Windows 10/11.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
