The Job Description
This role is a key part of our sales team, responsible for driving growth and expansion in the small and medium business (SMB) market. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales managers and account executives, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in driving expansion sales and growing pipeline. They'll be highly driven, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth through the SMB market
• Lead a team of sales managers and account executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to align sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue goals
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and support large deals

Requirements
• 5-7+ years of experience as a sales leader in the SMB SaaS space
• Strong experience with Salesforce and sales operations
• Ability to create a vision for growth and execute on that vision
• Highly driven with a strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset
