About the Opportunity:
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Corporate Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial objectives.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Area Directors of Business Development to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and coaching to underperforming Regional Directors of Sales to improve performance and achieve desired results.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats, and analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 7-10 years of regional sales, operations, or related experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong consultative business-to-business sales and coaching experience.
- Ability to constantly survey the environment for new or changing business opportunities.
