Job Overview

Pirates Voyage - PCB is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute area marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate area marketing materials, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with area hotel/motel operators and attractions managers for sales opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate area voucher ticket sales and marketing vehicle maintenance.
  • Oversee marketing calendar of events, special deliveries, and seasonal materials changeovers.
  • Drive billboards and coordinate repairs, replacement graphics, and creative changeovers.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Manage all employees of the Pirates Voyage - PCB marketing department.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

On-Site Coordination:

  • Provide on-site support and coordination with production and on-site staff for media visits and interviews.
  • Conduct site visits for corporate group sales with prospective group leaders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an ethical environment and keep management informed of ongoing events.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Must work at a rapid pace and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
