Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Northwest Animal Hospital. As a key member of our practice, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to clients and patients
  • Manage practice reception, including telephone and visitor interactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments
  • Schedule appointments and ensure efficient workflow
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, including reminders and notifications
  • Perform daily business tasks, including data entry and word processing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work on weekends as required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
