Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction of new products into the facility, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions to production.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability, leveraging lean manufacturing techniques and quality tools.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing areas, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to minimize production interruptions.
  • Lead special projects, introducing new processes, equipment, and technologies into the company, and drive strategic manufacturing planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent education.
  • Strong analysis skills, including process, capacity, cost/benefit, waste stream, and quality tools.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, facilitation and negotiation skills, and experience in design, specification, purchase, and installation of new equipment.
  • Project management and leadership ability, with a strong understanding of simulation, process modeling, and value stream mapping.
