Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless interactions from initial greeting to delivery of serviced vehicles.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to become a trusted resource for customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored services to meet customer expectations.
  • Champion our multi-point inspection process, reviewing results with customers and presenting estimates that drive sales.
  • Manage your book of business, ensuring vehicles are processed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Keep customers informed of progress and status updates, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date paperwork, adhering to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair center.
  • Experience with CDK dealer management systems is a plus.
  • A current valid driver's license and insurability rating are required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus.
