Job Summary
The Assembler plays a crucial role in transforming various molded products into finished goods while adhering to quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review work instructions and production priorities before commencing tasks.
  • Ensure all necessary tools and information are available prior to starting work.
  • Retrieve products for trimming or assembly and transport completed items to designated areas.
  • Utilize various methods to finish molded products, including:
    • Hand and power tools
    • Pallet jacks
    • Hot irons
    • Open flames
  • Complete product labeling and maintain identification throughout the production process.
  • Conduct final inspections to guarantee product quality before shipment.
  • Utilize reporting systems to document production activities.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment.

Working Conditions
This position requires the ability to work in a hot and humid environment for extended periods. The work setting includes exposure to:
  • Ovens, torches, and rotating machinery
  • Forklifts and other moving equipment
  • Loud noise levels

Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to remain stationary with intermittent walking throughout the shift. Responsibilities include:
  • Lifting parts weighing up to 50 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance, transporting items up to 20 feet.
  • Positioning oneself to navigate around parts, materials, and molds.
  • Operating hand tools and maintaining legible documentation.
