Job Summary:
This is a senior leadership role that supports the execution of business and operational strategies throughout the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with executives and team members, program management, and research to track key initiatives. This position has visibility with executive leadership and insight into business strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
- Translate strategies into operational reality by breaking down initiatives into key tasks and identifying accountabilities.
- Plan and execute projects on behalf of leadership, driving initiatives sponsored by leadership, requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate project objectives and recommendations across the organization, working with communications and other departments to prepare leadership for meetings with various constituents.
- Develop relationships, manage expectations, and communicate with senior executives and managers within and outside the organization.

Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in business, healthcare, or strategy, including 5 years in management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management; or 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Management.
- Analytical ability, verbal and written communication skills, team leadership, presentation skills, strategic relationship building, organization and prioritization skills.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $108,000 - $199,800.
