At Autodesk, we're on a mission to help innovators turn their ideas into reality. As a Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making within our Digital & eCommerce (DEC) Team.

This is a highly strategic role that requires strong collaboration skills, agility, and innovation. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders across Finance, DEC, and other parts of the COO organization to develop and lead complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Your expertise will be essential in building processes and driving insights and action that lead to measurable impact on the business. You'll analyze business performance, create financial frameworks, and articulate the financial impact of investments. Additionally, you'll navigate through systems and individuals, driving process improvement and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead financial models and dashboards to understand digital GTM motion
  • Surface key insights to steer key focus areas for the business
  • Build collaborative relationships with business partners across DEC, Marketing, and Sales
  • Develop financial frameworks to drive strategic business decisions
  • Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Pilot global finance initiatives involving broad cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or supporting a self-serve business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstration of leadership and management capabilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn quickly

About Salary: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary range of $107,400 - $173,800 for U.S.-based roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
