Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all orders, including product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and improve service.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with training new employees on ordering procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Whole Foods Market's high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by working closely with colleagues and contributing to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $31.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to chemicals, allergens, and temperature changes. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
