Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contracted position near Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to students.
- Collect and record data accurately on client progress and behavior.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards always.
