Job Opportunity

Holliday Rock, a leading construction materials company, is seeking a skilled Credit Assistant to support our team. With over 85 years of experience, we have established ourselves as one of the largest independent producers of aggregate, concrete, and asphalt in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of preliminary notices, liens, and bond claims.
  • Support the collection of FOBs, CODs, and NSF/chargebacks.
  • Prepare and review credit applications for senior personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in AR/credit with preliminary notices preferred.
  • Office experience required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive and punctual, with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
