Job Overview

As a key member of our culinary team, the Lead Sous Chef plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurants. This position requires a strong leader who can manage all culinary aspects of the restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the executive chef in day-to-day operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and develop staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food products.
  • Manage budget and food cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Lead by example and create a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited culinary program or ACF apprenticeship program.
  • 5 years of culinary supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and write menus.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.
  • Full-time shift availability.
