Position Overview

The selected candidate will play a crucial role within both the Finance department and the ESG office, concentrating on the Company's ESG reporting obligations and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, preparation, and analysis of reports related to the SEC climate disclosure rule and the Company's sustainability commitments.
  • Implement and report on the SEC climate disclosure rule, along with monthly, quarterly, and annual updates on sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for senior management and external disclosures.
  • Support the development and execution of formal ESG and sustainability governance policies to ensure compliance with SEC and FASB standards.
  • Manage the online platform for data collection and audits, providing guidance to data providers.
  • Collaborate with financial and ESG reporting teams to develop and execute the ESG disclosure control program.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors for oversight and assurance of mandatory ESG reporting.
  • Act as a liaison among various departments to establish effective processes for climate and ESG-related disclosures.
  • Conduct ongoing benchmarking of ESG and sustainability disclosures against industry peers and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in ESG and/or Sustainability.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline is required.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate governance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ESG disclosures and industry trends is a plus.
  • Understanding of greenhouse gas accounting (scope 1, 2, and 3) is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Compensation

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position starts at $90,000.00.
