The Server plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality to guests in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $10.65 plus tips.
Benefits for Part-Time Roles:

About the Venue:
Midnight by Navarros is an innovative hospitality concept developed by Navarros, a division of Oak View Group. This venue features a farmer's market-inspired restaurant specializing in Market French cuisine, a wine bar with an extensive selection of wines by the glass, and a theater space that hosts a variety of performances and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and any special offerings.
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests, ensuring clear communication.
- Serve food items at the appropriate temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as requested by guests.
- Ensure neat presentation of all served items, avoiding any spillage.
- Assist in pre-bussing and full bussing of tables during peak periods.
- Be available to work during busy times.
- Restock beverage stations as needed (ice, juices, glassware, etc.).
- Respond promptly to customer requests and needs.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
- Collaborate effectively with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to enhance the dining experience for patrons.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately address patron inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant food service experience is required.
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other necessary compliance training.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.
- Effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, management, and guests, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
