Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Carrollton, GA. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will provide exceptional customer service to our facility employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with scanning and filing personnel documents
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Track the status of new hire evaluations
  • Assist in creating documents and employee folders for training and peer reviews
  • Coordinate events such as employee meals, sounding board meetings, and contests
  • Help plan and drive involvement in Project Gift events
  • Manage employee communications through facility boards and SNN TV
  • Assist in managing employee incentive programs
  • Aid employees with basic HR needs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven business acumen and exceptional interpersonal capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
