Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of protocols, reports, and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
- Perform phase inspections during study activities, providing real-time feedback to support continuous compliance and smooth operations.
- Lead comprehensive facility audits to verify regulatory compliance across departments, leaving no detail overlooked in the pursuit of excellence.
- Actively participate in departmental audits, promoting consistency and fostering a culture of quality at every level.
- Prepare, issue, and track detailed audit reports, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the process.
- Utilize your expertise to recommend best practices, driving continuous improvement across all operational facets.
- Collaborate with employees, clients, and management, advocating for quality assurance and gaining buy-in for key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant technical experience, with a minimum of 2 years in auditing within a GLP-regulated environment or GMP.
- Professional certifications such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA are highly recommended, showcasing your commitment to industry excellence.
