About the Role

You will play a critical role in collaborating with faculty and instructors to develop and enhance curriculum across various disciplines, supporting the National Intelligence University's (NIU) Bachelor's and Master's degree programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with faculty and instructors to design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and university goals.
  • Educate and support faculty in incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into their curriculum and lesson plans, promoting innovative teaching methods.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of AI-enhanced curriculum, suggesting improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty on the use of AI in education, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop digital and multimedia content to complement traditional teaching methods, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for diverse student populations.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance student learning outcomes, leveraging analytics to inform curriculum development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for curriculum initiatives, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in post-secondary Educational Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and its applications in education.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with faculty/instructors on curriculum projects.
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph REQUIRED.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.
