Respiratory Nursing Director

Providence RN is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to lead our dynamic team in the Respiratory Cardiac Care Unit. This full-time night shift position offers a unique opportunity to care for patients with respiratory illnesses and those recovering from thoracic surgeries.
About the Role: As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled nurses and CNAs, providing exceptional patient care through teamwork and support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide guidance on best practices.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $135,000 per year
- Shift Differentials: $2.85 per hour (evening) and $6.20 per hour (night)
- Hiring Bonus: $6,000 for eligible external hires meeting the required qualifications
- Relocation Assistance: for eligible external hires meeting the required qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
