Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at Bilbro Construction Company Inc. as a Carpenter Foreman. This is a full-time hourly position that requires a strong background in carpentry, drywall installation, and construction management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters and construction workers
  • Oversee the installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in carpentry and construction management
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the underground construction industry
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, and excavators
  • Knowledge of utility trucks and equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
