Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel MRI Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. This is a 13-week contract opportunity in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. They will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and MRI results
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technology and techniques
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in MRI technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current licensure and certification in MRI technology
