As a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options when needed.

• Maintaining safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.

• Providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, and utilizing cash registers to assist members with transactions.

• Maintaining parking lot cleanliness and organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of weather conditions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
