Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Analytics Consultant at Lockton, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy practice leader to maintain and grow the scope of pharmacy consulting practice. You will serve as an extension of the core account team to support pharmacy-related consulting activities, coordinating the efforts of pharmacy practice team and pharmacy analytics team members to fulfill project responsibilities. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact with vendor partners, series pharmacy practice associates, and clients via phone and email about ongoing operational projects. You will partner with practice leaders and account teams on PBM contract renewal activities, repricing, savings projections, and marketing (RFP) projects. Additionally, you will support account teams on PBM implementations to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your analytical skills will be utilized to review drafts of PBM contracts, employee pharmacy communication pieces, and other documents as needed. You will prepare written correspondence, reports, and analyses as needed. You will develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of the pharmacy marketplace, specialty Rx trends, and managed care Rx tactics. You will assist with and/or lead special projects for clients as needed, which may include creative ad-hoc analytics, benchmarking exhibits, research, and educational materials. You will also utilize and collaborate to enhance pharmacy analytic tools to identify trends and cost savings opportunities on behalf of Lockton clients. Requirements:

• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a Finance analytics-related field and/or equivalent experience in the Rx industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with pharmacy benefits including PBM contracting and/or pricing experience
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with fellow associates and clients
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines required. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed
• Ability to interpret financial information and data to facilitate client decision making. • Must have the ability to prepare and possibly present client/internal presentations • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong internal and external customer service skills, along with the ability to develop strong and rewarding relationships • Legally able to work in the United States • Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) is a plus • Be able to exercise creative problem solving in partnership with clients, PBMs, and account teams • Must be located in the Southeast, preferably near the Atlanta or Charlotte Lockton office • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
