Pharmacy Consultant Job Description

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Consultant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Consultant, you will provide expert advice on medication management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency to healthcare facilities and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess pharmacy operations and provide recommendations for improvement in medication management practices.
  • Offer guidance on regulatory compliance, including accreditation standards and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff on various topics, including medication safety and operational procedures.
  • Review medication utilization and provide insights to optimize therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care through effective medication management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with clients.
