  • Manage project documentation, including permits, inspections, and certifications.

  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction or restoration project management.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of team building and development.
  • Restoration or insurance claims experience is a plus.
  • IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Smoke, etc. are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate is a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven business management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
  • Ability to work after hours or on-call as needed.
Working Conditions

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent site visits, customer interactions, and project meetings. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including job sites, offices, and other locations as needed.
