Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at T&T Construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to determine project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to secure quotes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze bid documents and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit proposals to clients, including detailed cost breakdowns and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and owners to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
- Strong understanding of accounting and estimating principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
