As a key member of our Pole Infrastructure Enterprise (PIE) team, you will be responsible for managing the pole attachment and colocation assets, ensuring efficient review and approval of attachment and colocation requests, and achieving goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pole attachment and colocation assets, working closely with the Manager of Joint Use Infrastructure, PIE team, and other divisions and departments.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives that support infrastructure and asset utilization, including development of tools and resources.
  • Conduct analysis, write business cases, provide metrics and reporting, and provide input on forecast.
  • Serve as internal point of contact for on attachment requests and provide status updates to external 3rd-Party utility infrastructure attachment customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, in business, mathematics, engineering, or similar.
  • Thorough knowledge of the wireless and wireline third-party attachment process.
  • Thorough knowledge of macro antenna colocation business model and process.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management, program management, standards development, and construction, telecommunication application processing methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, FCC regulations, and procedures as related to PIE activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multiple years (5 years) relevant experience in asset management.
  • Multiple years (5 years) in electric utility experience preferred.
  • Multiple years (5 years) public speaking experience preferred.
  • Multiple years (5 years) of project management experience.
