Job Summary:

Cornerstone Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine seeks a skilled Medical Front Office Coordinator to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization. This role requires excellent teamwork, accountability, and the ability to excel in a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments effectively in person or by telephone to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Welcome and greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate appointment schedules and notify providers of service delays.
  • Provide comfort and support to anxious patients, answering their questions and maintaining the reception area.
  • Ensure timely filing and retrieval of patient records.
  • Manage patient accounts by updating personal and financial information.
  • Process payments efficiently, collecting and recording charges.
  • Maintain inventory levels and equipment, ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess 1+ years of related experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in family medicine. Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical charting is essential.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
