We are seeking a skilled Valet to join our team at Loews Kansas City. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Inspect vehicles before parking and report any findings.
  • Explain valet rates to customers and provide clear instructions.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
  • Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
  • Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission.
  • Availability to work special shifts if needed.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency.
