We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Elgin Separation Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy for your region, with the primary objective of increasing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a target customer database through market research, cold calling, and lead development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing high-level, personalized customer service at all times.
  • Implement and achieve rapid and sustainable growth in sales.
  • Act as a conduit for troubleshooting, product information, market insight, and technical know-how to develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a consistent product message and image that addresses industrial customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales and market forecasts and budgets, including quarterly rolling sales forecasts.
  • Travel up to 95% of the time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of combined, successful, and progressive sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent technical background.
  • Dynamic personality capable of implementing process and culture change in an organization.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in using sales/territory development, management, and product application systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
