As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking insightful questions and providing expert guidance.
  • Delivering high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Overcoming objections and facilitating sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Cultivating relationships with customers to build a loyal customer base and drive repeat business.
  • Providing exceptional customer service after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date on products and market trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Reporting to managers and exceeding set goals and expectations.
  • Embodying our company culture by bringing a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to be coached and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance to represent our brand.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license to ensure safe transportation of customers.
