About the Role:

  • Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
  • Location: Franklin, MA
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records
    • Cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Assigning tasks to ensure efficient workflow
    • Delivery driver and warehouse personnel coverage to meet customer demands
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Order fulfillment to meet customer expectations
    • Pick pack orders to ensure timely delivery
    • Stocking shelves to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
    • Vehicle maintenance to ensure safe transportation
    • Loading and unloading to efficiently move products
    • Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes to meet warehouse demands
    • Operate machinery to streamline processes
    • Deliveries to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: At least 3 concurrent years of work in a retail-based warehouse environment and 2 years of supervision skills
  • Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management principles, excellent communication skills, and physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes
