00100 LEIDOS, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Expert for Military Acquisition Programs to join our team in Huntsville, AL. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and integration of a US Army mobile, ground-based weapon system designed to defeat subsonic cruise missiles, unmanned aircraft systems, rockets, artillery, and mortars, and other aerial threats as required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Logistics Expert with a strong understanding of provisioning data tables (H Tables) in an LMI Database and experience producing LSA Reports (LSAR). The successful candidate will work with a small team of ILS professionals to define support requirements, plan for life cycle sustainment, and produce ILS products in accordance with US Army regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the development of logistics support plans, product support analyses, product support data, and logistics product data summaries.
  • Developing and executing provisioning applications to military standard-compliant technical manuals and detailed training plans and programs in support of limited fielding and test events.
  • Producing the LCN and PLISN architecture.
  • Developing studies including DLA Screen Data, Provisioning Parts List, EDFP, COIEL, BII, RPSTL, IPB's and Packaging Data.
  • Preparing for and participating in system test planning and execution, verification, and validation events as required.
  • Assisting in the development of in-process review briefings, reviewing and commenting on logistics-related documents, plans, and reports, drafting technical papers, participating in project evaluations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring product technical quality.
  • Planning and hosting Provisioning Guidance Conferences (PGC).
  • Providing direct support to the Leidos ILS Manager on all technical logistics efforts, integration with the systems engineering process and team, and attending all scheduled meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Master's Degree and 6 or more years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Must be eligible to obtain an Interim DoD Secret clearance within 180 days after hire date.
  • Direct experience providing ILS for military acquisition programs and programs of record.
  • Expert Knowledge of provisioning data tables (H Tables) in an LMI Database.
  • Strong understanding of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAE-HB-0007-1 requirements.
  • Experience producing LSA Reports (LSAR); LSAR's 030, 032, 036, 080, 151.
  • Experience importing LSAR data sets using Comma Separated Variable (CSV) templates.
  • Ability to understand and interpret Engineering drawings.
  • Ability to create a Top-Down Physical Breakdown of a system, using engineering drawings.
  • Ability to perform logistics analyses for DoD programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DoD Systems Acquisition and Development experience.
  • Integrated Logistics Support experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Pay Range

$78,000.00 - $141,000.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
