Job Overview: As a Senior Customer Service Executive at RemX, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in warehouse management systems to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder - Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships
  • Manage accounts, ensuring customer needs are consistently met and exceeded
  • Utilize customer-facing software to address inquiries, resolve issues, and streamline communication
  • Understand and oversee billing structures and operations

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of direct experience with Blue Yonder - Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Extensive background in customer service and account management
  • Proficiency in customer-facing software applications
  • Solid understanding of billing structures and operational processes
  • Knowledge of lot codes/identities for inventory tracking
  • Prior experience in cold storage operations, preferably with organizations
  • Associates degree or equivalent required; relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Two to five years of warehouse office experience and/or leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
