Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Conduct regular supervisory visits to monitor client care and provide guidance to caregivers
  • Collaborate with local and market teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Assist in educating caregivers to ensure quality of care and maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:

  • Practical Nurse licensure in the state of Georgia
  • Current CPR certification
  • One (1) year of clinical nursing experience; home care experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
