About the LPN Unit Manager Role
Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to lead our team in Elizabethtown, NY.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance.
- Establish and implement employee policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
- Review resident records and quality of care, monitoring overall care and individual resident cases.
- Address resident and family questions or concerns, representing the unit's interests with upper-level management.
Requirements:
- Valid state LPN license
- 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
