Emergency Department Nurse

We are actively hiring for an Emergency Department Nurse at our Vancouver, WA location. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have experience in emergency nursing, with a strong focus on trauma care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient needs in a dynamic environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments, and operate medical equipment as needed
- Participate in code blue situations and other emergency responses
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Active RN license and 1+ year of ER experience
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Competitive salary: $77,450 - $129,348 per year
