Role Overview:

The Senior Security Solutions Manager will lead a dedicated team specializing in physical security systems. This role is pivotal in driving enhancements in the management of security products for clients. Responsibilities include direct engagement with security vendors and high-level collaboration with clients to optimize their security systems. The position involves supervising a diverse team, including subject matter experts, compliance officers, and technical documentation specialists. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in electronic security systems installation and troubleshooting
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • 3-5 years managing various physical security software and hardware
  • Experience in vendor and client relations
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
  • Ability to communicate project metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Experience with recognized project management methodologies
