Job Summary

Wally's Operating Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Leader to join our Guest Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, supervising and working alongside maintenance team members to maintain the cleanliness of our store, lot, fuel pumps, and canopy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise small teams of maintenance personnel in the completion of daily tasks
  • Assist in the team member evaluation process
  • Remove trash from the interior, exterior, and parking areas using carts, hand tools, and power equipment
  • Clean floors, bathrooms, touch surfaces, offices, department equipment, doors, and other interior objects using janitorial supplies and equipment
  • Comply with uniform standards and maintain a "well groomed" appearance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 to 2 years prior maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to communicate and/or write simple correspondence
Working Conditions

The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
