Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Plant Laborer to join our team at Granite Mountain Quarries in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The successful candidate will assist in plant operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing tasks in various climate conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in plant operations as assigned
  • Keep assigned plant areas clean and organized
  • Perform tasks in hot or cold climate conditions
  • Climb ladders, stairs, or graded inclines to access plant structures
  • Stand for long periods while using a shovel or water hose
  • Lift, push, pull, and crawl up to 50lbs as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to shovel, wheelbarrow, and use a water hose to maintain cleanliness
  • Willingness to work up to 12-hour shifts and additional overtime and weekends if necessary
  • Ability to climb, stand, and lift as required
