Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Labor and Delivery position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Labor and Delivery setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
