Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms to ensure prompt action in emergency situations
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Respond to accidents and incidents, providing first aid and contacting emergency services as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, providing support and guidance
  • Complete incident reports to document all security-related incidents
  • Handle all interruptions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Escort unwelcome individuals from the property without disrupting operations
  • Report to scenes of vehicle accidents and thefts, providing assistance as needed
  • Complete a daily activity report to summarize security-related activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No specific licenses or certifications required
