Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a supportive and caring environment.
  • Assist with patient assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
  • Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
  • Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
