About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assisting with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
  • Encouraging self-help activities
  • Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
