Job Overview

The Learning Experience #372 is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization, creativity, and exploration.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and center staff to ensure seamless collaboration and a positive learning experience for children.
  • Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • One year of professional teaching experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Child Development Associate Certification (preferred).
