Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to lead our team of educators. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with a minimum of one year of professional teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for young children to learn and grow.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support the center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
Requirements
  • One year of professional teaching experience
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
