Orthopedic Access Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Orthopedic Access Representative to join our team at Resurgens Orthopaedics. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Verify patient information, obtain necessary documentation, and update records as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling, chart management, and other administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to clinic standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or similar role.
- 1-2 years of experience with insurance verification and related tasks.
